Terms of Service
PrimoInbox ("Primo", "the service") is operated by Primo Labs LLC, a Texas limited liability company. By using Primo you agree to these terms.
The service
Primo provides a persistent email address and per-site aliases on primoinbox.com, managed through a WhatsApp assistant. Primo is currently in beta: features may change, and availability is not guaranteed.
Your account
Your account is bound to your WhatsApp number. You are responsible for activity from that number. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and use a real WhatsApp account you control.
Acceptable use
You may not use Primo to send spam or unlawful content, to impersonate others, to evade sanctions or law enforcement, to register accounts in violation of another service's terms, or to harm the service (probing, overloading, reverse engineering for exploits). We apply fair-use limits (for example daily caps on assistant usage and outbound replies) and may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Email handling
Inbound mail to your Primo addresses is stored for you as described in the Privacy Policy. Outbound replies you approve are sent from your Primo address; you are responsible for their content. We may reject mail that violates these terms or technical limits.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans, when available, are sold by our merchant of record, which acts as the seller of record and handles payment, applicable taxes, and refunds under our Refund Policy. Prices will be shown before you pay.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Primo Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Do not rely on Primo as your only copy of critical email.
Termination
You can stop using Primo at any time and request deletion via hello@primoinbox.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced through the service. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions: hello@primoinbox.com.

El servicio
Primo te da una dirección de correo permanente y alias por sitio en primoinbox.com, administrados por un asistente de WhatsApp. Primo está en beta: las funciones pueden cambiar y la disponibilidad no está garantizada.
Tu cuenta
Tu cuenta está vinculada a tu número de WhatsApp y eres responsable de la actividad desde ese número. Debes ser mayor de 18 años (o la mayoría de edad en tu país).
Uso aceptable
No puedes usar Primo para enviar spam o contenido ilegal, suplantar a otros, evadir sanciones, registrar cuentas violando los términos de otros servicios, ni dañar el servicio. Aplicamos límites de uso justo (por ejemplo, topes diarios del asistente y de respuestas salientes) y podemos suspender cuentas abusivas.
Manejo de correo
El correo entrante se guarda como describe la Política de privacidad. Las respuestas salientes que apruebes se envían desde tu dirección Primo; eres responsable de su contenido.
Suscripciones y cobros
Los planes de pago, cuando estén disponibles, los vende nuestro comerciante de registro, que actúa como vendedor oficial y maneja pagos, impuestos y reembolsos según nuestra Política de reembolsos.
Exenciones y responsabilidad
El servicio se ofrece "tal cual", sin garantías. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, la responsabilidad total de Primo Labs LLC se limita a lo que pagaste por el servicio en los doce meses previos al reclamo. No uses Primo como tu única copia de correo crítico.
Terminación
Puedes dejar de usar Primo cuando quieras y pedir la eliminación en hello@primoinbox.com. Podemos suspender cuentas que violen estos términos.
Ley aplicable
